The Contoured Shape (one-size-fits-all for adults) has Adjustable Velcro Straps to secure them to your arms. Internal Padding feels very comfortable against your speed suit.
Leki Forearm Guards include clear markings on the underside of the guard indicating cutting lines so you can size adjustments if necessary.
